Making Hands comes with 20 years of experience running art workshops in schools, galleries and the wider community. We adopt a playful and experimental approach where children are encouraged to challenge themselves and try out new techniques without the risk of ‘getting it wrong’. We firmly believe that all children should have access to a range of open-ended materials that foster creative thinking, play and discovery.

Often we begin with looking at an artist as a springboard to create our own work with a wide range of materials and processes explored.
